Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years or older to use CitePulse.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or malicious code.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): If you provide your own LLM API keys, you are responsible for all costs incurred through their use.

API Limits: Your subscription tier determines your monthly query limits. Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party API availability, pricing, or terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.).

Key Security: While we encrypt your API keys, you are responsible for their security and any unauthorized use.

Our Content: CitePulse, our logo, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and display your content as necessary to provide services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI optimization features is provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions.

Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• • The service will meet your specific requirements
• • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• • AI-generated results will be accurate or reliable
• • GEO scores will improve your business outcomes

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CitePulse.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
