What is a GEO scan?
A GEO scan is when CitePulse queries real AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) with your target prompts and analyzes how your brand is mentioned, cited, and recommended. Each scan returns a CVI score with detailed breakdowns.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! Our Scale plan includes a BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) option where you can use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google API keys. This gives you more control and can reduce costs for high-volume scanning.
What happens when I hit my scan limit?
You will not be charged overage fees. Your scans will pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan for more capacity. We will notify you as you approach your limit.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No! All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a 20% discount and are billed yearly.
